New Piano Class Location
New for 2010-2011:
Piano classes will be held at the Allegro Music School in Foster City:
- Allegro Music School, 550 Pilgrim Drive, Suite F, Foster City
Recitals will still be held at the Foster City Library/Community Center:
- Foster City Community Center/Library, 1000 E. Hillsdale Blvd., Foster City
Summer music lessons
Dear parents and students,
I begin my summer schedule on June 1st. During the summer months I charge on a per lesson basis. Please tally up the lessons you plan to take and pay me during that month. Many students I send an email bill at the end of the month and I shall continue to do so.
As of today I plan to take off 6/4, 7/12 – 7/16 and 8/3 – 8/10. There will probably be more dates and I will inform you of them as soon as I know.
It would be helpful if I could have the dates that your child will not be at lessons. I am very flexible during the summer months, so if your child has a camp and can’t take lessons till later in the day, I can probably move the lesson time, or move it to another day.
June begins tomorrow and I plan to continue teaching my regular schedule, unless I hear from you I will expect your child at their regular time.
Summer can be a great time for music study, often times children have more time to practice. I will try to select “fun” pieces for your child. Even if your child only takes a few lessons each month it will enable them to keep going and not have to review in the fall.
I’m looking forward to a great summer, filled with fun, relaxation and music!

Piano Class groups
The piano class groups are loosely grouped as follows:
First class - K thru 4th grade
Second class - 5th grade thru 8th grade
Last class - High school and advanced students
Siblings should pick one class to attend together.
